Colony Construction is building the X34A development in North Campbell Heights, Surrey, B.C. It is a three-storey strata building with five for-sale units and a total of 50,000 square feet. It will include ground-floor warehouses, second-floor mezzanine, 10 loading doors at grade, a third storey for a self-storage facility, underground parking, and steel-X bracing instead of concrete slabs.
