Despite an increase in new listings and home sales in February, sales remain 23.3% below the 10-year seasonal average in Greater Vancouver. The number of home sales rose by 13.5% compared to last year, with 2,070 sales. The composite benchmark home price also increased by 4.5% from a year ago to $1,183,300.
