More inventory hit the market last month in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. New listings rose significantly, relieving pressure on buyers. Prices for single-detached houses in Ladner, Tsawwassen, and North Delta increased compared to the previous year. Sales in the regions were up, but still below the 10-year average.
