Greater Vancouver Real Estate Market Off To “Strong” Start In 2024

Metro Vancouver has experienced high temperatures and increased real estate market activity. In January, there were 1,410 residential sales, a 36.9% increase from January 2023. The sales-to-new-listings ratio indicates an advantage for buyers, while the sales-to-active-listings ratio suggests a balanced market with slight movement towards sellers. The composite residential benchmark price is $1,161,300, showing a 4.2% increase from January 2023.
