Delta council approved two subdivision applications without a public hearing, as they comply with the OCP. The proposed subdivisions in Ladner and Tsawwassen are consistent with the Single Family Residential (SFR) designation. A new OCP amendment will allow for more housing units on single-family lots, following new provincial legislation.
