Lower Mainland commercial real estate transactions drop 58 per cent

According to Commercial Edge data from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV), commercial real estate sales and dollar volumes in the Lower Mainland had a slow start in 2023, with year-over-year declines across all property types.
